SOUTHERN GOSPELCOUNTRYINSPIRATIONAL
ABOUT THE ARTIST

The man behind the mic.

Same voice. Different instrument.

Music for the real ones.

Rockrevster is the recording project of Rev. George Stoddard — pastor, author of more than 250 books, and the man whose voice you hear on every track in the catalog. The pulpit and the recording booth share the same purpose: to put truth into the ear of someone who needs it.

The sound lives at the crossroads of Southern Gospel, Country, and Inspirational. It draws from the church pew, the Sunday porch, and the long drive home. It's not a single genre because real life isn't a single genre — and neither is the soundtrack people actually need.

"The pulpit and the recording booth — same room, different chair."

The catalog

More than 30 singles currently available across Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, and Pandora. Each one is a complete idea — a song built around a single truth, designed to land in three minutes or less.

Tracks like Good Ground, Lasting Truth, Best Pathway, and Stronger have become the entry points for new listeners — songs Spotify's algorithm flags as the ones people return to. Beyond those, the deeper catalog spans testimony songs, songs of comfort, songs about family (like Avery My Boy), songs about doubt, and songs about staying rooted when the wind picks up.

The voice

The bridge between Rockrevster and Rev. Stoddard's books is more direct than it looks. The same hand that writes the scripture commentaries writes the lyrics. The same theology of grace and bold truth that runs through Stolen Plates, Gifts of the Spirit, and The Heart of a King runs through every chorus.

If you've read the books, you already know the voice. The music just lets you hear it sing.

One brand. Two languages.

Rockrevster is the music. Rev. George Stoddard is the books. Same person, same convictions, two ways of saying the same thing — depending on whether you read or you listen.
